Yardi announced today that Colony American Homes has added Yardi Resident Screening™ to its Yardi Voyager® property management and accounting platform to select quality residents, streamline leasing and improve reporting for their more than 20,000 single family homes in 10 states across the U.S.

Colony American Homes sought a flexible, easy-to-use applicant screening system to seamlessly integrate with their Yardi Voyager platform and proprietary leasing portal. They also required better reporting that includes screening analytics.
