KKR Announces Release of 2014 Schedule K-1 Tax Forms for KKR & Co. L.P. and KKR Financial Holdings LLC

KKR & Co. L.P. (NYSE:KKR) announced today that 2014 Schedule K-1 tax forms for the common units of KKR & Co. L.P. are available for immediate access on the Investor Relations section of KKR’s website at http://ir.kkr.com/kkr_ir/kkr_taxinfo.cfm.

In addition, the 2014 Schedule K-1 tax forms for its subsidiary, KKR Financial Holdings LLC (“KFN”), are now available for KFN preferred shares and for KFN common shares held prior to the acquisition of KFN by KKR on April 30, 2014. These 2014 tax forms are also available for immediate access on the Investor Relations section of KKR’s website at http://ir.kkr.com/kfn_ir/kfn_taxinfo.cfm.

Former KFN common shareholders who received KKR common units as a result of KKR’s acquisition of KFN’s common shares on April 30, 2014, will be receiving two Schedule K-1s for 2014: (1) a 2014 KFN Schedule K-1 for the period from January 1 to April 30, and (2) a 2014 KKR Schedule K-1 for the period from May 1 to December 31.

Following these online releases, 2014 Schedule K-1 tax forms for all holders of KKR and KFN will be printed and mailed as soon as practicable.
