PRLog - April 2, 2015 - LEXINGTON, Ky. -- In a reverse spin on the Mom's Day Out programs offered by many local organizations, one Lexington apartment community is sponsoring a Kid's Night Out event for its younger residents.
Beaumont Farms Apartments general manager Michael Orsinelli describes the event as a resident appreciation night, one that is sure to be appreciated by parents as well as children. At 6:30 p.m. on Friday, April 3, Beaumont Farms' Clubhouse will be the scene of a "local premier" of the kid-friendly movie most recently released on DVD (whose title remains to be announced).
"What makes this extra special for kids," Orsinelli said, "Is that this is a kids-only event. Parents are encouraged to use this opportunity to have a little time to themselves. We'll have lots of supervision on hand to keep the area secure." They'll also have lots of snacks popular with the younger set, including pizza, cookies and sodas.
Reservations for the Kid's Night Out are required, Orsinelli said, so that arrangements can be made for sufficient food to feed the young movie-goers and adequate staff to chaperone them.
This is merely the latest in a series of tenant appreciation events hosted by Andover Management Group, which owns Beaumont Farms Apartments as well as several other multi-family communities in Lexington and elsewhere in Kentucky. Other recent family-oriented treats at Beaumont Farms have included a doggie pool paddle, Oktoberfest, cookie decorating party, and a luau.
"It’s important to us that every resident of Beaumont Farms feels comfortable here and enjoys interaction with their neighbors and our staff," Orsinelli said. "It keeps open the lines of communication, too, so they feel they can approach us with any concerns they have and we can set things right."
