Company Turns to IndieGoGo Campaign to Fund Manufacturing and DistributionRaleigh, North Carolina – April 15, 2015 – BadgerSkins is a new innovative solution for phone skins and mounts that has a unique minimalist design. Creator Michael Weinrub, from Raleigh, North Carolina, has announced the final prototypes have been finished and the company is ready to begin manufacturing. To fund production and distribution, the company has launched an IndieGoGo campaign to raise $20,000 by June 10th, 2015.
There is the BadgerPlate and BadgerMount, which is much better and user-friendly than traditional magnetic mounts in the market. Both are part of a kit. This solution gets rid of the ugly looking, unwanted metal plate. The BadgerPlate is a thin sheet of ferrous metal with round edges and is hidden behind a vinyl skin that comes in a variety of colors to add more options to the market. This will allow more control over user preference and make it customizable. The plate also offers a cut out so individuals can still show the phones branding in the back.
The vinyl skin is manufactured from some of the top brands like 3M that are ultra thin and light. Skins are available for tablets, phones, and even SmartWatches. Users also have the option for magnetic shields as well for the BadgerPlate. The design is sleek, modern, and perfect for everyday use. BadgerMounts can be used on a tablet and phone. It is made with the strongest neodymium magnets available to give people peace of mind knowing their devices will be safely mounted. It can be used anywhere and is made specifically to attract to the BadgerPlate. Currently, there are three types of mounts: Sticky Silicon Cup, CD Tray, and the Vent Mount.
All designs were done using high-quality photo imaging and 3D scanning technology to ensure 100 percent accurate fits for supported devices. The product will be available in 3-months after the completion of the campaign.
