Cinedigm Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM) (the “Company”), a leading independent content distributor in the United States, will host a conference call for investors to discuss the recent private offering of 5.5% convertible senior notes due 2035 on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. EDT.

The live call will take place immediately after the closing of the offering which is the earliest time the Company is legally permitted to conduct it under SEC regulations related to a private placement.
