Statoil must move ahead with Snorre field expansion - govt

OSLO, April 27 (Reuters) - Norway's Statoil must move ahead with the delayed upgrade of the Snorre oil and gas field in the North Sea because it is a time-critical investment, energy minister Tord Lien said on Monday.
