Hershey Declares Quarterly Dividends

The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company (NYSE: HSY) today announced quarterly dividends of $0.535 on the Common Stock and $0.486 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable June 15, 2015, to stockholders of record May 26, 2015. It is the 342nd consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 123rd consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
