Symphony Teleca Emerges as Category Leader in HfS Research’s Blueprint Report on Enterprise Mobility Services

Symphony Teleca, a HARMAN brand and a global provider of innovation and development services, announced today that it has been recognized by HfS Research in the top tier of the High Performers category for Enterprise Mobility Services. The leading analyst authority for business and IT services released its 2015 Enterprise Mobility Services Blueprint Report in April evaluating more than 23 multinational services companies, across multiple criteria grouped into two main categories: Innovation and Execution. HfS Research expanded its coverage this year to include nine new service providers, including Symphony Teleca.

Symphony Teleca received the best overall score in HfS Research’s assessment of the combined categories, Innovation and Execution, amongst the companies ranked within the High Performers category. Symphony Teleca also earned a top score for its successful project execution capabilities. With 2015 as Symphony Teleca’s first year of inclusion in the Blueprint Report, this marks a significant stride forward, placing it above some historical heavy hitters in the Enterprise Mobility space. A large data science team and its ability to bring analytics to every project were recognized as some of STC's strongest differentiators.

“Increasingly Enterprise Mobility is about complete digital transformation of business processes by modernizing backend platforms, leveraging analytics and cloud, and designing robust mobile channels. The industry needs service providers who can bring in all of these capabilities to the table at the same time,” said Ned May, SVP of Digital Transformation and Mobility Services, HfS Research. “Symphony Teleca’s deep history with software development, in-house U/I agency, focus on devices and large data science teams makes it an obvious choice for critical mobility projects.”

"Our vision at Symphony Teleca is to bring our top-of-the-line technology services in response to demands that are fully driven by our customers,” said Sandeep Kalra, EVP and General Manager, Symphony Teleca. “Getting recognized by credible analyst firms like HfS Research affirms the fact that our vision to transform the industry through disruptive innovation is well complemented by the amazing talent pool in our company. We are glad to see that our ability to bring together our core strengths on every project—including mobility, analytics, and cloud—is being heralded by the industry.”
