AspenTech Announces CFO Retirement

Aspen Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AZPN), a leading provider of software and services to the process industries, today announced the retirement of Mark Sullivan, the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 30, 2015. The company will conduct a formal search process for a new CFO. Mr. Sullivan remains CFO and will continue with the company through his retirement date to ensure a smooth transition process.
