Arcos Dorados Offering McDonald’s Customers More Than 10 Million Instant Win ‘Billetazos’

McDonald’s customers in four Latin American countries are getting a little richer with each McCombo they buy.

Arcos Dorados, the world’s largest McDonald’s franchisee, is offering customers at its McDonald’s restaurants in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Peru a total of more than 10 million in promotional “Billetazo” currency notes. Each customer buying a McCombo will receive an instant win Billetazo note, which can be redeemed for a discount on a future purchase at McDonald’s.

Billetazos can be used individually or can be combined for higher value at McDonald’s restaurants and AutoMac drive-thrus. The notes can be redeemed either as partial or full payment through June 30, 2015.

“Each McDonald’s customer who buys a McCombo will walk away a winner, and have some fun along the way,” said Raúl Mandía, Vice-President of Marketing at Arcos Dorados.

The Billetazos promotion is now underway, with Arcos Dorados offering a total of 8 million Billetazos in Argentina, 2 million in Chile, 1 million in Uruguay and 450,000 in Peru. This is the first time Arcos Dorados is offering the Billetazo promotion in Latin America, providing a large number of customers with the satisfaction of an instant win.
