MOVES-F&C Investments appoints three new hires to European sales team

May 21 (Reuters) - Asset manager F&C Investments, part of Bank of Montreal , said it appointed Robert Elfstrom, Frank Steffen and Carolin Topfer to its continental European distribution team.
