Solutionz was founded in 1996 and has been in the Tampa area since 2000. The company is in a significant growth mode and has been searching for facilities that would accommodate that growth, without having to lock in for a long timeframe.
Solutionz has three divisions all focused on game changing business design and technology. When asked about the move, founder and CEO Chicke Fitzgerald shared, “Over the last few years we have been back in entrepreneurial mode, shifting our focus from our core advisory services business to building technology solutions. In 2007 we sold our physical building and since then I have been officing from home, from Starbucks and Panera, to the parking lot of my kids’ school. While there are many incubator facilities in downtown St. Pete and Tampa, I would spend too much time commuting to make it worthwhile.”
Fitzgerald added, “We have just launched a new product and will be ramping up staff this summer. It is time to give up the virtual office approach. However, our physical office needs are still in a state of flux. On Point Executive Center gives us the ability to flex our space needs, literally from day to day.”
