American Express Plans Live Audio Webcasts of Second Quarter 2015 Earnings and Fixed Income Investor Conference Calls

American Express Company (NYSE:AXP) plans to host a live audio webcast of its earnings conference call at 5:00 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 to discuss second quarter 2015 financial results. The Company's financial results are scheduled to be announced shortly after the market closes that day.

The Company also plans to host a live audio webcast of a fixed income investor conference call at 4:30 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. During the call David Yowan, Executive Vice President and Corporate Treasurer, will provide a capital and funding management update.

The live audio webcasts will be accessible to the general public through the American Express Investor Relations website at http://ir.americanexpress.com. Presentation materials will be posted on the website prior to the conference calls, and audio replays will be available on the website following the calls.
