Morning Movers: Tesla Jumps on Deliveries; Centene, Health Net Fly on Merger

Centene (CNC) has climbed 5.1% to $85 after announcing that it would pay $6.8 billion to buy Health Net (HNT). Health Net has jumped 18% to $77.
