While the desire for Affordable Health care for all is admirable the first mistake was thinking anything the Federal Government would be involved in could ever become "Affordable". Anybody ever wonder why the US government does not build consumer electronics?
How come President Bill Clinton operated the Federal Government on just $1.7 trillion, but Obama spent twice as much for the same product?
Federal Agencies, like HUD, the FDA and the IRS are crippled by partisan corruption. The Federal Government is not a tool to attack the American people with but to serve them with Protection of the Nation and it's laws.
President Wiley will have the only shovel ready job as he buries more than half the Federal Bureaucracy. The Department of Justice will see more FBI, US Marshall's and Treasury agents come over from the shuttered IRS, while the government goes after corruption and criminals, instead of honest US Citizens.
With regard to Immigration, there will be a four year hold on processing of new applications, considering the ninety million Americans looking for work or retirement.
With regard to illegal immigration: ten thousand soldiers currently on the border of North Korea will be relocated along the border of Mexico establishing border patrol check points with electronic surveillance equipment to insure the border is no longer porous. Border incursions will be handled with deadly force if necessary.
States can provide what ever services they wish to provide to illegal aliens because no Federal funds will be used. Each illegal alien who has no criminal record, a strong family history and the desire to work, will be given a 5 year work permit and be fined $12,500 for illegal entry into the country. Once the five years is up and the fine paid, they will become US citizens as long as they have no criminal record. They will receive their US Citizen Picture Voter ID Card as will all American Citizens.
With a well protected border all illegal aliens who have committed crimes will be sent back to their country of origin and that country will be expected to pay the United States government for damages. This is a point of negotiation I will take up with the Mexican government, when I sit to negotiate a trade treaty since NAFTA will be considered null and void on Day One due to the apparent fraud that was committed prior to treaty negotiations.
With the transfer of thousands of acres of Federal Land to the states, I would expect millions of jobs to be created for ranching, farming and solar zones which should generate an immense source of energy given the Southwest's regional exposure to constant sunlight.

This is a plan that puts the interests of the American people first. It is the kind of balanced plan a Centrist Democratic President would implement, which balances labor and management and provides opportunity for all.
Given the truths about the condition of the American economy, American debt and the depressive nature of the nation, I expect the American people to turn to the Democratic Party if we are open and honest with them. And that means electing a candidate who has the proven integrity and ability to implement such a bold plan.
