MOVES-Mizuho International names chief Japan fixed-income strategist

July 27 (Reuters) - Mizuho International Plc, the London-based securities and investment banking arm of Japan's Mizuho Financial Group Inc, said it named Cameron Umetsu chief Japan fixed-income strategist.
