Kurds announce oil payment mechanism

Daniel J. Graeber ERBIL, Iraq, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- The Kurdish government in Iraq said Monday it would allocate some of its revenue to international oil companies on a monthly basis to help cover their expenses.
