J. C. Penney Hires Home Depot, Target Executives

J. C. Penney Co. Inc. on Monday said it appointed former Home Depot Inc. and Target Corp. executives as senior executives at the Plano, Texas, department store to improve its bricks-and-mortar as well as e-commerce businesses.
