U.S. creates 215,000 jobs in July, setting stage for rate hikes

The U.S. pumped out another 215,000 new jobs in July to set the stage for the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates next month, but workers still aren’t getting hefty raises and millions of Americans remain on the sidelines. The unemployment rate was unchanged at 5.3%.
