Ginkgo Residential Announces Purchase of Savannah Place Apartments

Ginkgo Residential today announced the acquisition, through its investment affiliate, of Savannah Place Apartments located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, which transaction closed October 1, 2015. The approximately 14.7 acre property is comprised of 172 one and two bedroom, garden style apartments, and features a swimming pool, tennis court, freestanding wellness and fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and a children’s playground.
