ModusLink to Showcase End-to-End E-Commerce Solutions at Shop.org 2015 Digital Summit

(NASDAQ: MLNK), a global, omni-channel technology and fulfillment provider, will showcase its end-to-end, full service e-commerce solutions, including four minute click-to-ship, at the National Retail Federation’s Shop.org 2015 Digital Summit, taking place October 5-7, 2015 in Philadelphia, PA.

Bram Barendregt, vice president of e-business; Wouter Nederkoorn, client solutions director; and Ana Milevskaja, director of business development will exhibit ModusLink’s recently enhanced e-commerce services, which enable ModusLink to manage each aspect of a client’s e-commerce supply chain, including online store set-up and management, online business management, financial management services, customer service and order fulfillment.

Barendregt and Nederkoorn will also exhibit ModusLink’s four minute click-to-ship capability, which is the time it takes for ModusLink to process an online purchase, pick, pack, label and place the order on the dock, where it’s ready to ship.

By analyzing its click-to-ship time, ModusLink identified areas of improvement to increase efficiency throughout the order fulfillment process. By engineering a system that is always moving, developing packaging that requires little effort to assemble – and utilizing pick-to-light and put-to-light solutions, ModusLink dropped its click-to-ship time to only a few minutes.
