Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico Pays the Second Portion of the Dividend Approved at the April 21, 2015 Shareholders’ Meeting

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE:PAC) (BMV:GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announced that on November 4, 2015, the payment of the second portion of the dividend will be made, as approved at the annual General Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 21, 2015. The amount of the payment will be Ps. 788,363,320.50 (SEVEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTY EIGHT MILLION, THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY THREE THOUSAND AND THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY PESOS 50/100 M.N.)

This second and final payment for the year is equivalent to Ps. 1.50 (ONE 50/100 PESOS) per outstanding share. With this final payment, GAP completes the dividend distribution approved at the General Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
