Align Aerospace Announces Long Term Agreement With Triumph Group, Inc.

Align Aerospace Holding, Inc. ("Align Aerospace"), a wholly owned subsidiary of AVIC International and provider of hardware components, logistics and supply chain solutions in the aerospace industry, announced today the signing of a long term agreement with Triumph Group, Inc.

Align Aerospace will leverage its 40-plus years of aerospace supply chain experience along with the financial strength of AVIC International to support TGI on a global basis.  The new enterprise-wide agreement includes significant changes to prior negotiated business terms in several key areas.
