UPDATE 1-China's Three Gorges wins auction to operate 2 Brazil power plants

SAO PAULO, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Power company China Three Gorges Corp agreed to pay 13.8 billion reais ($3.66 billion) for the rights to operate two large hydropower plants in Brazil on Wednesday, the country's electricity regulator Aneel said.
