SunEdison and TerraForm lower price for Vivint Solar

SunEdison Inc. (NYSE: SUNE) reduced the cash portion of its offer to acquire Vivint Solar (NYSE: VSLR) and TerraForm Power (Nasdaq: TERP) lowered the price that it would pay to acquire Vivint's rooftop solar portfolio. Shares of SunEdison climbed 59 cents to $4.04 while Vivint Solar stock gained $1.07 to $9.46. TerraForm Power stock soared $2.07 to $10.73.
