Congo government says still plans to change mining code

KINSHASA, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa's top copper producer, has not dropped plans to revise its mining code, the mines ministry said on Thursday, in an apparent contradiction to comments made by the mines minister on Wednesday.
