Vivint terminates SunEdison takeover deal

Vivint Solar terminates is takeover deal with SunEdison after the troubled rooftop-solar company’s failure to provide up-to-date financial statements meant it hadn’t fulfilled a condition of a loan agreement with the banks funding the merger.
