Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square down over 19% year to date

Pershing Square Holdings Ltd., activist investor Bill Ackman’s hedge fund, is down 19.3% year to date as its biggest investment, Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc., remains under siege.
