Dollar on track for worst quarter since 2010; buck hits multimonth low vs. euro

The dollar is on pace to log its worst quarterly performance in years as worries that anemic growth abroad could buffet the U.S. economy has given the Federal Reserve pause in lifting rates so far in 2016.
