Union Pacific Beats On Q1 Earnings, Sales Slip

Union Pacific reported better-than-expected earnings on lower costs. Earnings per share came in at $1.16, well ahead the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.09. Earnings declined 11% on a year-over-year basis.
