SAN JOSE, Calif. - April 26, 2016 - PRLog -- Known as San Jose's leading fitness club, ClubSport San Jose at Silver Creek Sportsplex added to its comprehensive list of offerings a new 8,000 square-foot performance training center known as The EDGE.
ClubSport members can expect more group training classes, specialty classes, as well as expanded personal training. The addition of the EDGE is a reflection of the trend toward functional fitness and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which require more open space to perform exercise drills.
The Grand Opening is planned for May 6, 2016, starting with a ribbon-cutting ceremony from 9:30-11:30am followed by an entire weekend of festivities. The community is invited to the Grand Opening to experience ClubSport and workouts at The Edge. Admission is free.

The EDGE Performance Training Centers in San Jose has attracted the talent of Matthew Truscott, ViPR Master Coach and founder of Project Resistance. Truscott will be responsible for the training programs at The EDGE. "We are very excited to have Matthew Truscott join ClubSport to lead our EDGE Training team.
