Russia's Central Bank keeps rates unchanged

Daniel J. Graeber MOSCOW, April 29 (UPI) -- Citing the risk of crude oil prices moving lower and lingering inflationary pressures, the Russian Central Bank said Friday it was keeping its key rate steady.
