Rebel rockets hit Aleppo hospital, dozens of casualties: Syrian monitor, state TV

BEIRUT (Reuters) - Rockets fired by insurgents hit a hospital in a government-held part of Aleppo city, killing and injuring dozens of people, Syrian state television and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Tuesday.
