In a note called Indulging the Fantasy Yet Again , Oppenheimer's Colin Rusch and team argue that Tesla Motors ( TSLA ) has a " history of setting nearly achievable goals ." That hasn't stopped them from maintaining their outperform rating on the stock. They explain why:
