Sumner Redstone mental-competency suit dismissed by judge

A California judge tossed out a case challenging the mental competency of 92-year-old Sumner Redstone, the controlling shareholder of Viacom Inc. and CBS Corp., ending a six-month legal drama after only one day in court.
