QUANZHOU, China - May 19, 2016 - PRLog -- The HL5110 Bike Pad is anatomically formed and fits the human anatomy perfectly. With it, pressure is removed from sensitive capillaries and nerves. It is not simply sewn onto the pant as traditional bike pads are. Instead, HL5110 leaves off the chamois during the manufacturing of the pants and then sews it in separately by hand so the fit and elasticity of the pad is not affected by the pant material. This guarantees fit and comfort never before experienced. The 3D upper layers, each formed differently, absorb the sweat and remove it to ventilate this sweat-intensive area. This comfort from the fabric also prevents saddle sores. Chamois sections are divided into different zones horizontally and vertically to create an anatomical pad. The sections adjust with the up-and-down movement of the pedal strokes to work with the fixed saddle. Pressure is then evenly distributed to provide a smoother and more efficient ride.
This is the first cycling chamois pad born with solutions for multi-performance bicycling. A Multi-density protection is concentrated in the perineal zone towards the nose of the saddle where pressure peaks occur due to the typical low, aerodynamic position of the saddle and the frequent and strong pedal strokes. Multi-performance includes Time Trial and Road/off road biking and long distance/time rides.

Also available with a high density (120kg/m3) and open-cell foam backing that allows for the pad to be applied in direct contact with the saddle, contributing to improved aerodynamics and reduced noise during the ride.
