With 35 years dedicated to law, Mr. Warren​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular to his area of specialization, personal injury law. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in law, Mr. Warren said:

"I was a natural advocate even at a young age. I was the anti-bullying guy in high school, and I could always fight back with good communication skills, that was always my weapon."

Over the course of his career, Mr. Warren has achieved spectacular results for his clients. He has focused his work on representing seriously injured clients in complex personal injury claims, including medical malpractice claims, workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, construction accidents, falls, and more. Mr. Warren was an equity partner for twenty-seven years in the law firm of Solomon, Berschler, Warren, Schatz, Flood & Monaghan in Norristown, Pennsylvania where he managed the firm's complex litigation cases as well as their law clerk program.

In 2010, Mr. Warren decided to join forces with Terence Sean McGraw to form his current firm, Warren & McGraw. In McGraw, Mr. Warren saw a kindred spirit. Committed to a "client first" mentality, he knew that the merger of their two practices would offer their injured and disabled clients the full breadth of legal services they need under one roof.

As a thought-leader in his industry, Mr. Warren has served for several years as a Judge Pro Tem in the Court of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Selected because he is a respected member of the trial bar, he is often asked by the Court to mediate and resolve serious personal injury cases before they go to trial. In this capacity, Warren has facilitated the expedited resolution of many cases, helping parties reach a favorable result before a trial becomes necessary.

His prominence in the field allows Mr. Warren to keep a close eye on prevailing trends in personal injury and medical malpractice law in an effort to better serve his clients. In particular, he makes sure to stay well versed in trends in the medical field to give him a better understanding of his medical malpractice clients’ needs. He noted:

"I stay on top of current medical issues and legal trends. This allows me to have an interplay with medical providers, and to better serve my clients. For example, I have watched the rising incidence of traumatic brain injury claims and reflex sympathetic dystrophy also known as complex regional pain syndrome. These conditions, although painful and debilitating, may not be easily verified and require expert, cutting-edge investigation and clinical assessment. Due to my experience and knowledge of complex medical issues, I am able to fight for the treatment and care I know that these particular clients need."

Mr. Warren is a member of the American Association of Justice (formerly ATLA), Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association of Justice (formerly PaTLA), Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Montgomery County Bar Association where he also serves as a member of Trial Lawyers Section, Bench Bar Committee, and the Chairman of the Civil Rules Committee.
