HIDRASUND, NORWAY, May 23, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- InSvivia AS is excited to announce the launch of 150 km/h containership, a patented technology that enable a cruising speed of 150 km/h with 74 % fuel reduction. Two spiral hulls rotate and screw the hull forward to significantly reduced pressures that cancel the friction. You can actually call it for the wheel invention of the sea.

InSvivia states the 150 km/h fast containership will travel from China to United States on 2.5 days and can compete the air transport. This combined with further reduced pollutions can make it to the world's most eco-friendly project ever built.

Minimal hull area in water surface reduce bending forces in high waves with more than 90 % and halve the steel requirement compared to traditional ships. Below 10 knots speed, a lowering hull between the spiral hulls becomes submerged to lift the ship up to reduced depth and stability in loading process.

The technology is analyzed by CFD-simulations and tested in towing tanks. InSvivia is now searching for new investors to realize the project as a commercial ship, defense or yacht. They confirm that the shipping industry is very conservative and monopolistic, but this technology is so extreme that you can call it for a new transport method where they hope to reach investors both inside and outside the industry.

InSvivia AS was established 16. June 2013 to develop the technology invention. The patent was granted in November 2015.
