From June 1 to September 5, as part of Foxwoods’ Summer of Dreams 3 promotion, guests can indulge in menus highlighted by enticing lobster options throughout the resort. The deliciously-prepared, festive dishes are sure to satisfy diners’ cravings and make lobster lover’s dreams come true this summer!
Al Dente
Lobster cuisine will be plentiful at Al Dente this
summer with four delicious entrées that will satisfy any seafood lover’s
taste. Enjoy Lobster Flatbread with Herbed Ricotta, Parmesan Cheese,
Tomato, Chive and Lemon. Aragosta Fra Diavolo will be offered, featuring
a 1 ½ Pound Cold Water Lobster, Spicy Tomato Sauce, Linguini, Herbs and
Olive Oil. Foxwoods guests can’t go wrong with a robust meal of Bistecca
E Aragosta with a Center-Cut Filet Mignon, Cold Water Lobster Tail,
Candied Garlic, Pinot Grigio Butter, Portobello, Spinach and Garlic
Mashed Potato, or Zuppa Di Pesce with a Cold Water Lobster Tail, Shrimp,
Scallops, Mussels, Spicy Tomato Broth and Linguini.
Alta Strada
Every Friday through Sunday, June through
September, Alta Strada will serve two delightful lobster options. Treat
yourself to Chitarra Fra Diavolo with Lobster, Tomato and Basil, or
Lobster Cocktail starring Lobster Tails and Claws mixed with Grapefruit,
Jalapeno, Ginger, Cilantro, and Lime served with House Made Cocktail
Sauce.
David Burke Prime
An exceptional Monday Night Lobster
three-course meal will be offered at David Burke Prime this summer,
including choice of appetizer, a main course and dessert. Choose from
appetizers of Mixed Green Salad with Fontina Cheese in Dijon
Vinaigrette, Lobster Bisque with a Crispy Lobster Roll and Green Apple
Essence, Lobster Taco Trio consisting of Lobster Salad, Fennel Slaw and
Avocado Mousse, or Lobster Dumplings with Lime Lobster Aioli. For the
main course, choose any 1 ¼ pound lobster fresh from their tank. For
those with a hardy appetite, two 3-pound lobsters are available upon
request. Enjoy a hand-chosen Lobster Steamed and Served with Whole,
Herbed Roasted Potatoes, Steamed Vegetable, Drawn Butter and Lemon, or
Wood Stone-Oven Roasted with Garlic, Rosemary, and served with Herbed
Roasted Potatoes, Steamed Vegetable, Drawn Butter and Lemon. For a spicy
Asian-inspired experience, diners may entertain the option of a Kung
Pao-Style Lobster with Cilantro, Lime, Peanuts, Rice, Steamed
Vegetables, Drawn Butter and Lemon. Guests may choose an alternative of
Lobster Carbonara with Penne Pasta, Maine Lobster, Green Peas, Bacon and
Cauliflower in Lobster Cream Sauce. To cap off the meal, pick from a
host of decadent desserts including Warm Apple Tart, Ice Cream Sundae,
Chocolate “Moo” Cake, Vanilla Crème Brulee or a Cheesecake Lollipop Tree

Accompanying Monday Night Lobster, David Burke Prime will offer additional Daily Lobster Lover’s options. Lobsters live from their tanks will vary in size from 1 ½ to 8 ½ pounds. House Preparation options include Angry Style with Basil in Lemon Chili Sauce, Kung Pao Style with White Rice, Sweet Chili Sauce, Peanuts, Cilantro and Lime, Streamed, Roasted, or Baked Crab Meat Stuffed.

Cedars Bar & Lounge will be dishing
up delicious Lobster Bisque with Sherry and Chives, Lobster Salad
Sandwich on a Traditional Brioche Roll, Hot Lobster Roll served on a
Brioche Roll, and Grilled Delmonico Steak and Lobster with Béarnaise and
Choice of Side.
Cedars Restaurant
Cedars Restaurant will present extensive
lobster options all summer long. In addition to Lobster Bisque, guests
may order Filet Mignon and a Half Steamed Maine Lobster with Drawn
Butter, Prime Rib and Cold Water Lobster Tail with Baked Potato and
Drawn Butter, Twin Cold Water Lobster Tails with Drawn Butter, or Twin
Stuffed Cold Water Lobster Tails with Lump Crab Stuffing and Drawn
Butter. Plus, 2 ½ Pound Maine Lobsters will be available Steamed or
Broiled with Drawn Butter, or Stuffed with Lump Crab with Drawn Butter.

Guests dining at Festival Buffet this summer
can enjoy a 1 ½ pound lobster for only $15.99 with purchase of a buffet!
Golden Dragon
Foxwoods diners are invited to feast upon an
array of authentic Asian cuisine with Lobster Lover’s flair. Menu
additions will include Lobster Wonton Soup with Hand-Rolled Lobster
Dumplings in Chicken Broth, Lobster Fried Rice with Tender Lobster and
Vegetables, or Lobster E-Fu Noodles with Yellow Chives and Chunks of
Lobster. Golden Dragon will also supply 2 ½ pound Maine Lobster with
choices of preparation including Ginger and Scallion Sauce,
Cantonese-Style, Battered and Fried with Salt and Pepper, or in Black
Bean Sauce.
Hard Rock Cafe
Hard Rock Cafe will offer a Lobster Lover’s
twist on a classic dish with Lobster Twisted Mac and Cheese.
Pequot Café
Visit the Mashantucket Pequot Museum & Research
Center and feast upon an Outrageous Lobster Roll Supreme with 12
oversized Ounces of Pouched Lobster with Brown Butter Crispy Shallots on
thin Indian Bread. They will also be serving up Chef Sherry’s Lobster
Fritters for the occasion.

The Lobster Lover’s Dream continues at Veranda
Café where Mystic Lobster Frittata, an Open-Faced Omelet with Lobster,
Parmesan and Dill Havarti Cheese and Chives will be crafted. Lobster
Cobb Salad with Stonington Lobster, Romaine, Baby Kale, Avocado, Bacon,
Tomatoes, Blue Cheese, Raw Corn in Mustard Vinaigrette, Lobster Grilled
Cheese with Tender Maine Lobster and Dill Havarti Cheese on Brioche, and
Veranda’s Signature Surf-N-Turf Burger with Angus Beef Patty, Sautéed
