Sumner Redstone files motion opposing request to expedite trial

(Reuters) - Media mogul Sumner Redstone filed a motion on Friday opposing the request by Viacom Inc Chief Executive Philippe Dauman to move up the trial regarding Dauman's removal from Redstone's trust, according to a Massachusetts state court filing.
