Viacom’s bylaws amended amid battle with Sumner Redstone

National Amusements Inc., the company through which Sumner Redstone controls Viacom Inc., said Monday it has amended the media company’s bylaws to require unanimous board approval of a strategic transaction involving Paramount Pictures.
