GAO: Don't fund Navy's LCS in 2017 defense budget

Geoff Ziezulewicz WASHINGTON, June 10 (UPI) -- Congress should consider not funding any Fiscal 2017 LCS requests and the Navy should revise its frigate plan, according to a GAO report released Thursday.
