Nigerian truce sends oil prices lower

Daniel J. Graeber NEW YORK, June 21 (UPI) -- Crude oil prices turned lower early Tuesday following a truce brokered with Nigerian oil bandits, amid pleas from the British prime minister to stay in the EU.
