Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Tondalyn Perry as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

Tondalyn Perry will be featured in an upcoming edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.

MURPHY, TX, June 23, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tondalyn Perry, President and Life Coach of Think It Not Strange Ministries, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Tondalyn Perry will be featured in an upcoming edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.

Known for her famous quote, "Think it not strange", from Peter 4:12-13, Founder of Think It Not Strange Ministries (TINS) Tondalyn Perry registered her ministry's name in January 2008 as a way to continue her work. Ordained two years later, she has since been making great strides in her community through her non-profit, and has been successfully overseeing two annual conferences since that time, Birthing Butterflies Women's Conference, which was initiated in 2012, and The Experience Conference, established in 2011.

"My job is to encourage, empower, and motivate all people," Perry said about her life's work. "My heart's desire is to see people operating and functioning in their purpose. I have a genuine love for others."

Perry was first saved by Christ at the age of five. She began preaching at age 14 under Pastor Billy Jones at Home Church Texas. Leading bible study in high school, she continued her ministerial work on campus at Navarro College while also studying at Bethel Theological Seminary. Entering into the workforce after college, Perry has since become a very successful Operational Analyst II at her firm. She has also since become a Certified Life Coach.

"I was inspired to become a coach because I love helping and seeing people find their purpose in life," Perry said. "Being a life coach is a privilege and honor in helping others discover the greatness inside of them."

In her role, Perry helps clients to not only discover their purpose in life, but also guides them through the process once they've made the discovery. She also coaches them on how to let go of past hurts they've been carrying with them. One of the most frustrating things in life, Perry believes, is not knowing your purpose in life.

In 2000, Perry became a Licensed Minister through Mount Olive Church of Plano, and in 2012 was ordained as Prophetess. Currently, she is a member of the church's praise team and is Leader of their Singles Ministry, Cells Group Leader, and Teacher of Disciples class. She also teaches convert classes through a prison ministry. Currently working on her Master's degree in Counseling at Christian Life Theology College, Perry plans to continue on to earn her doctorate in counseling soon after. She is currently a Certified Life Coach through the Training Institute in San Diego.

Perry is the recipient of numerous awards, including a Ministry of Sister Association Star Search Award, a Leadership Award through Bethel Theological Seminary in Brazil, and a Helping Hand Reward through BXA Production and God's Lyrics.
