Whiting Petroleum: That’s a Lot of New Stock

Oil stocks are rallying. Whiting Petroleum ( WLL ) is not. Issuing more than 80 million new shares will do that, even when it's used to cut an over-leveraged company's debt load. Wells Fargo's David Tameron explains:
