Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) , currently valued at $226.75B, started trading this morning at $55.27. Shares have traded today between $54.79 and $55.70 per share with its 52-week range being $38.06 to $55.70. Verizon (VZ) shares are currently priced at 14.08x this year’s forecasted earnings, which makes them relatively inexpensive compared to the industry’s 21.24x earnings multiple for the same period.
