One Chicago area company will be selected by Playbook Advisory and be the beneficiary of the firm's expertise in selling businesses. This contest will be of interest to business owners who are ready to exit their business, are seeking to hire a professional advisory firm to manage the sale of the business and want to benefit a favorite charity.
Upon the successful sale of the company, the Broker will donate the proceeds of their broker fee to two charities chosen by the Company & Playbook Advisory. The Company will have the choice of disclosing or not disclosing their participation in this contest at the conclusion of the sale.
"This contest is a way for both the Company & Playbook Advisory to give back to the communities that are so important for small businesses all over the United States," said Jim Peddle, President of Playbook Advisory. Companies should also meet the following criteria:
1) Under $3,500,000 in annual revenues.
2) Located in Cook, Lake, DuPage, Will or Kane Counties.
3) Have a favorite charity they would like their company to benefit from the sale of their company.
