Dr. Phil Higginbotham began his exclusive practice of orthodontics in Spartanburg in 1972, and Dr. Eric Nease joined him in 1999. In 2004, they formed Nease & Higginbotham Orthodontics. They now share their over 60 combined years of orthodontic experience with patients across the Upstate, with offices in Spartanburg, Duncan, and Gaffney. They provide a wide range of orthodontic services for children, teens, and adults.
