Boca Raton Rolls Out Red Carpet for New Miami Grill Concept

The South Florida-based chain celebrates the opening of Miami Grill’s first location in Boca Raton, positioned just two miles west of the beach.

Miami Grill is the newest concept developed by Miami Subs Capital Partners 1, Inc. and equity partner, Armando Christian “Pitbull” Pérez. This location is owned by two already successful restaurant operators Frantz Germain and Walner Decius.   

Miami Grill embodies the spirit, soul and electric attitude of South Beach. The diverse menu offers guests “something for everyone.”  which is unlike any other chain in the fast casual category.  The restaurant features grilled fish, Angus burgers, salads, wraps, unique sauces, marinades, and beer and wine.  Miami Grill will also offer signature favorites like gyros and wings and pitas, which have been staples of the Miami Subs brand.

“Our mission is to grow the Miami Grill brand beyond South Beach,” says Robert Haar, VP of Franchise Development of Miami Grill. “The Boca Raton location is part of that next chapter in growth.”

The Miami Grill in Boca Raton is located on 2521 North Federal Highway and along with its lunch and dinner menu, the restaurant will also be serving breakfast.
