ICAP says EBS CEO Mandelzis to step down

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Interdealer broker ICAP Plc announced on Thursday that Gil Mandelzis has decided to step down as chief executive officer of EBS BrokerTec, a unit of the London-based company.
